I went to call and order two pizzas on the phone with one of their customer service representatives, I get there and I pay for it and they tell me that they’re working on my order now my pizza sat on the back racks for 20 to 30 minutes until they finally found the order because they had the names messed up, and then we go to cook the first pizza and the dough was so dried out on one side that it got stuck to the cardboard and card Board was stuck to our pizza, so I had called and explained, and asked if we could get a remake, I go to get the remake and one of the people at the register make a slick comment under their breath saying well, you should’ve brought the other pizza back when the lady on the phone never said to bring any pizza back , and Continues to keep making comments under her breath as I’m walking out the door, so then I call, asking to speak with a supervisor and not a shift leader, And they hand the phone to the same person that Was making comments under her breath, and then she hangs up on me, and I called back asking when the next supervisor or manager was going to be in and they just sat there in silence, and then hung up on me again . Never will be back again especially After the way, I was treated especially being a paying customer
The employees you have at this location are completely un professional. I walk in and they are cussing up a storm. I’m in the middle of making an order and one of the employees is talking over me to the guy taking my order. None of them are in uniform and they are throwing trash at each other and horsing around while my food is being made. Also the fella taking my order was quite rude. Maybe I’m getting older or your staff needs a lesson in customer service and professionalism.
Normally a Papa Murphys fan. We have loved Papa Murphys since my daughter worked there when she was 16. Tonight's experience with the staff was dismal. Pizza was thrown together, poorly executed, minimal toppings and the two girls just wanted my husband to get out so they could close "on the slow night". Definitely not worth over $21. Powers and Constitution location.
Used to be repeat customers, but I've seen mosh pits with better organization. On entering the store, there's no rhyme or reason to what's going on. It's unclear who is ordering, who is picking up, who to talk to. I ordered online, waited for a bit, and then got someone's attention to ask where my pizza was. They said I had to tell them I had arrived to start making my pizza (?). I think they don't understand the nature of online ordering. Unfortunately, negative experiences have only become more and more common at this location.
We went to go pick up some Take’n’Bake and got a vegetarian and meat lovers pizza and cheesy bread pizza. The cheesy bread expanded and had huge air Bible in the oven. Was delicious but a bit on the pricy side to be doing this on a regular basis.
